  2. Click on the option ‘Manage users’.
  3. Select the option ‘Create New User’.
  4. Enter your correct email ID
  5. Select the time zone where the user is located and type the country name, region or city to open a drop-down menu of choices.
  6. Click on the checkbox ‘Yes’, next to ‘Do you wish to give this user Console access?’.

Need to specify the level of access to the user of Webroot Secure Anywhere or Webroot Endpoint Protection.

From the home page of Webroot, the user can access other Webroot portals such as Mobile protection portal.

  • Webroot Endpoint Protection.

On the Management Portal or Admin Console, when the users already access the portal then they will come across with the ‘Go to Webroot Endpoint Protection’ button and enter the Management Portal.

  1. In the Webroot Secure Anywhere, select the drop-down arrow to click –
  • Basic ( limited access to consoles and account settings)

 Or,

  • Admin ( full access to all the keycodes, users, and account settings in the portal )
  1. In the In the Webroot Endpoint Protection, click to change No Access to
  • Basic ( read-only access to Webroot Endpoint scans)
  • Admin (full access to all settings)

After you’re done click on the option ‘Create User’ to send a confirmation email to the new user.
